Jeanne, who joined the League in 2009, assists credit unions in addressing their compliance needs. In this position she analyzes state and federal laws, rules and regulations that affect credit unions. She also assists member credit unions with their compliance programs as well as conducting training sessions. Prior to joining the League Jeanne worked for the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union. In addition to 17 years of experience in credit union operations, she holds a law degree from Campbell University School of Law (1993).

Dana joined the League in 2011 as a Compliance Specialist. In this role, she serves as a primary point of contact for compliance inquiries, delivers compliance training to credit unions, and supports compliance projects at individual credit unions. Prior to joining the League, Dana was a Litigation Management Associate with Barclays Capital. A graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, Dana also holds a BA in Communication Studies from UNC-Greensboro, as well as a minor in Sociology.

The mission of the Carolinas Compliance and Risk Management Department is to ease the compliance burden and become the number one resource for our credit unions.
