Latino Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Rafael A. Osuba as Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Mr. Osuba, a local business owner and community leader, brings nearly 22 years of industry experience in the fields of marketing, advertising, design, and multimedia production. Over the course of his career, Osuba has built strong ties with community organizations, businesses, educational institutions and government agencies.
“After collaborating with Rafael on several initiatives, we were excited to have him join our team. We expect that Rafael will bring a wealth of ideas to help us continue to strengthen our presence in the community,” said Luis Pastor, President/CEO of Latino Credit Union.
Mr. Osuba is a strong advocate for the arts, and has served as a board member of several non-profit organizations, including his term as president of Diamante, Inc. He is the founder and Executive Director of Artist Studio Project and has been instrumental in developing many multi-cultural events aimed at creating cultural understanding and fostering community pride.
