Local Government FCU Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer

Local Government Federal Credit Union (LGFCU) proudly announces the appointment of Dwayne Naylor to the newly-created position ofCOO.

Naylor has devoted 30 years to the credit union industry, beginning with State Employees’ Credit Union in 1983, rising to the position of Vice President, Audit services. He joined LGFCU in 2000, serving as Executive Vice President for five years before spending the last seven years as EVP at Langley Federal Credit Union in Newport News, Va. He returns to LGFCU to oversee Management Information Systems/Risk Management, Financial Planning and Financial Services.

Naylor has a Global Executive MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. He also possesses a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional planning from East Carolina University. He is a Certified Chief Executive Officer (CCE), Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).
