Coastal Federal Credit Union’s Share the Love Community Yard Sale is canceled tomorrow, October 27, 2012, due to inclement weather. The yard sale will resume next Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 8 AM to 12 PM at its 1000 St. Albans location in Raleigh. All proceeds made at the yard sale will be donated to Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, via Coastal’s Share the Love Habitat fund.
Coastal has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County in efforts to raise $100,000 for the construction of a new Habitat home during the fall of 2013. The fundraising initiative called “Share the Love”, also encourages individuals, friends, families and coworkers to connect with Coastal on Facebook and/or Twitter by liking/following their pages. In turn, Coastal donates five dollars for each like and follow into the Share the Love Habitat fund.
