Truliant Federal Credit Union recently named Todd Hall chief operating officer. Reporting to the president and CEO, Hall will work at Truliant headquarters in Winston-Salem, where he will assume direct responsibility for leading the operations senior team encompassing consumer, mortgage and business credit areas, as well as all member delivery channels including Member Financial Centers, the Member Contact Center and E-Services. Through his expertise and leadership, Hall will help Truliant further enhance its member-owners’ experience through all of its delivery channels.
Hall joins Truliant with over 20 years of financial experience overseeing all aspects of community and super-regional bank operations with a customer-centric focus. “Todd is a highly qualified financial services executive,” said Marc Schaefer, Truliant’s president and CEO. “We spent a lot of time searching for a chief operating officer who best fits our culture, complements our Senior Planning Team, and most importantly, who is passionate about executing our mission of enhancing our member-owners’ financial lives.”
Prior to joining Truliant, Hall was a financial consultant in Jacksonville, Florida where he was committed to providing sound, mission-based counsel on operational issues and financing options to a variety of businesses to help them avoid the risky excesses that crippled so many institutions.
He also served as executive vice president/chief operations officer with Woodlands Bank in Beaufort, S.C., and served in senior roles at several financial institutions in South Carolina and Georgia. Hall has managed large, multi-branch regions where he lead the acquisition and consolidation of newly acquired institutions, while streamlining operations and improving processes to enhance customer service delivery.
Hall received his B.S. in Finance at the University of South Carolina and received his MBA through Wake Forest University’s executive program.
