Coastal Federal Credit Union is accepting donations of gently used household items to be sold at its Share the Love Community Yard Sale on October 27, 2012. Donations will be accepted at Coastal’s 1000 Saint Albans Drive location on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting September 21th through October 25th. All proceeds made during the yard sale will go directly to Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, via Coastal’s Share the Love Habitat fund.
Coastal has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County in efforts to $100,000 for the construction of a new Habitat home during the fall of 2013. The fundraising initiative called “Share the Love”, also encourages individuals, friends, families and coworkers to connect with Coastal on Facebook and/or Twitter by liking/following their pages. In turn, Coastal donates five dollars for each like and follow into the Share the Love Habitat fund.
