The election season is in full swing so please mark your calendar for these important dates!
This year’s Primary Election is Tuesday, May 8 and the last day to register to vote in the upcoming Primary is Friday, April 13. All voter registration forms must be postmarked or delivered in person by April 13. If you miss the registration deadline, you are still able to register in person and vote the same day at a one-stop voting site in the county where you reside. To obtain a voter registration application or additional voting information, please visit the North Carolina State Board of Elections website.
One-stop voting for the May 8 Primary Election officially begins on Thursday, April 19. The one-stop voting locations will have extended hours to accommodate early voting.
