Frances Moore, the League's Director of Administration, is retiring effective August 30. Frances has been an integral part of the League's success during her 12 years of service. She plans to spend more time with her husband Ronnie, as well as her children and grandchildren.
"Frances has been a highly valued employee through the years," noted NCCUL President/CEO John Radebaugh. "We’ve all seen and appreciate the dedication and commitment she has brought to making the office run smoothly on a daily basis. Frances has also ensured the success of our Annual Meeting through the years. Her organizational skills have kept the League Board meetings operating smoothly and, with little fanfare, she has been a vital part of the success of the Carolina Credit Union Foundation."
John McGrail, President/CEO of the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation, echoed Radebaugh's sentiments. "Frances has been directing the Foundation's scholarship program and made sure that our board meetings came together. She has always made herself available to assist with projects and been a very visible representative of the Foundation at League Annual Meetings.
"Through the League's generosity she has always treated the Foundation as a priority with her time and work resources," McGrail added. "Sometimes there are people that you work with that you know--not only will they get a job done but they will go beyond your expectations and take ownership of the job making sure that it is done even better than you would have asked for. That is Frances. I wish her every happiness in her future endeavors."
"The League and credit unions owe Frances a huge debt of gratitude for her service to the movement," shared Radebaugh. "She's truly been the backbone of the League's success, and all of us at the League wish her a happy retirement."
