Compliance Notes: New 5300 Information on Minority Credit Unions and Diversity

The 4th quarter 5300 Call Report added several questions concerning minority credit unions and diversity. The new questions stem from the Dodd-Frank Act requirement that NCUA create an Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI). Click here for additional information on the new requirements.
