The NC Credit Union League is pleased to announce that Ashley Harris joined the organization in October. Harris joins the NCCUL team in the role of Project/Staff Support Specialist.
Harris manages and coordinates the wide-ranging projects of the League staff, and provides support services as needed. A key project Harris will coordinate is the implementation of Save to Win, a prize-linked savings program that encourages low wealth individuals to develop a regular savings habit. A graduate of NC A&T State University, Harris later earned an MBA from The Ohio State University.
Harris previously served as an intern for Lane Bryant Corporation in Columbus, OH as well as a Career Support Coordinator for the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State. In 2008, Harris traveled to China to intern at the Li Ning Sports Corporation in Beijing.
She is a member of the National Black MBA Association, National Association of Women MBA’s and the American Marketing Association. Harris is a native of Wilson.
