Compliance Notes: FinCEN issues Notice Regarding how to Amend Paper BSA Forms

Beginning in December amending a paper BSA form requires the credit union to complete a new form in its entirety. This change is detailed in the instructions for each BSA form. FinCEN has modified the instructions on both the CTR and SAR forms. The CTR changes can be found on page 3 of the CTR form in paragraph Item 1a. Amends Prior Report.
