Responding to the requests of credit unions, the League is pleased to announce a management development program in Charlotte November 5-6. The Leadership Development Institute promises to be a rich program designed for you to get the most out of your emerging crop of leaders.
Bill Nagle and Beverly Purtell from the Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island Credit Union Leagues will be our presenters for this program. Their Developing Great Managers program – designed to make good managers great managers – has been presented in their states to sold out audiences for the past 7 years. They have trained over 450 managers to become “great managers,” have been invited to take their management training program onsite to individual credit unions, and also have been invited to train a country-wide branch system in Germany for the past 3 years. Their track record is a strong testimony to the content of their workshops, and we are happy to bring this training to NC, SC, and GA.
As stated in The Rules of Management, “Managers are the stuff that run the world. We get to lead, to inspire, to motivate, to guide, to shape the future. We get to make a difference to the business and to people’s lives… We get, not only, to be part of the solution, but to provide the solution itself.” Developing Great Managers is designed to get your managers to become “the solution itself.”
Every credit union needs great managers to inspire others, shape the future, and provide solutions. The Developing Great Managers series is designed to inspire your managers, your VPs, and CEOs to this greatness!
